RENTAL RULES

  • No pets allowed anywhere on the property

  • Minimum age to rent must be 25

  • No smoking allowed in the house or on the decks.  Any excess cigarette receptacles left on the property will result in a debit to the refundable damage security deposit.

  • This property is not wheel chair accessible

  • Check-in is at 3pm on the day of your arrival and Check-out is 11am on the day of your departure

  • Early check-in must be approved with the owner

  • No events are allowed unless previously granted approval by owner

  • No grilling on deck

  • Parking is limited to four vehicles
